MISSION

Perform the function of reference center for financial management with integrity.

OBJECTIVE

  1. Empowering Ministry of Finance Malaysia by strengthening values, and
  2. Cultivating the culture of integrity and good governance among employees.

CLIENT CHARTER

  1. To identify and verify complaint in regards to criminal misconduct and violations on the code of conduct as well as Department’s ethics within one (1) month from the date of opening the file.
  2. To respond on all complaints received in regards to criminal misconduct and violations on the code of conduct as well as ethics Department’s ethics within three (3) working days from the date of receipt.
  3. To ensure all information and identity of the whistleblower is to be kept confidential in accordance to the laws in force.
  4. To inculcate and cultivate the implementation of integrity in the Department.
