Approval given to disposal of vehicles instead of one for parts / components specified. If the engine / specific components to be used again, the Ministry / Department during the disposal of the application shall state the method of disposal interchangeably(Cannibalize) which requires the approval of the Treasury, regardless of original acquisition value.
