The whole implementation of the PIA and PIAS programme is monitored by the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) of the Prime Minister's Department (JPM). The Federal Development Director/State Development Director and the District/Resident Officer as the case may will be responsible for monitoring projects under the PIA and PIAS programme implemented at the state/district respectively.
