PIA is a project of maintenance and upgrading of public infrastructure to extend the duration of use as well as beautify the area and increase the level of cleanliness of the environment, such as painting, repairing, rewiring, maintenance of public utilities, drains and drainage systems and existing landscape.
PIAS is a project to build and upgrade basic infrastructure remains inadequate and not good for public use, particularly in rural areas such as making agricultural roads, rural roads, construction of bridges / small bridges, gabion and culvert installation.
