After the complaint was registered in the ABPP System, the complainant concerned shall within 7 days from the date the complaint is registered to submit to BKP the following supporting documents:
  
i.  Complete chronology of the case;
ii. Letter / contract documents;
iii. Invoices;
iv. Indent of work;
v. Local Order;
vi. Delivery notes and
vii. Other related documents.
