The main function is to serve the ABPP system and deal with complaints from the supplier or contractor delays in payment and the issue of procurement procedures, particularly from Government Departments, Statutory Bodies and Government Companies. ABPP system also helps the complainant to lodge a complaint directly on-line and check the status of the complaint at any time.
