Complaints can be made directly to the following:
No. Division Type of Complaint
i. Monitoring and Control Division (BKP) Related matters after the contract Late payment, did not receive any payment, the contradictions of the contract clauses and so forth.
ii. Government Procurement Division Related matters before the contract Processes and methods of procurement, compliance with the SPP, etc.
