| What are the requirements to be complied with before progress payments can be paid to the works contractor before the contract is signed?
| | | Progress payments may be paid to works contractor 3 times in the first 4 months after the release of offered Letter of Acceptance and before an agreement was officially signed with the following conditions:

(a) | The contractor submits a signed offered Letter of Acceptance;

(b) | Performance Bond in the form of bank / insurance guarantees set forth in the contract submitted by the contractor; and

All work insurance policies, public liability SOCSO or workers' compensation specified in the contract submitted by the contractor. | | | | | | | The next progress payment (after 4 months) can only be made after a formal contract agreement is signed.
