The Economic Report published by the Ministry of Finance provides information and statistics on the economy. The report covers the evaluation of the country’s economic performance and brings forth the main issues and policy measures in economic management. It also underlines the economic challenges and presents the prospects for the coming year. The report comprises of five chapters:

Chapter 1: Economic Prospect and Management
Chapter 2: International Economic Performance and Cooperation
Chapter 3: Economic Performance and Prospects
Chapter 4: Public Sector Finance
Chapter 5: Monetary and Financial Developments

The Economic Report is published annually on the National Budget Day and is available in two languages, Malay and English.
